We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for the "how and when" of our development process—ensuring that our product roadmap is executed efficiently, dependencies are managed, dates are hit, and stakeholders are aligned. You will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our engineering, product, and business teams.
What You Will Do As A Senior Project/Program Manager
Program Execution - Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, managing end-to-end lifecycles, schedules, and resource allocation.
Cross-Functional Coordination - Facilitate trade-off decisions between technical constraints, schedule risks, and business value. Ensure seamless communication between Product Managers, Engineering, and Business Owners.
Risk Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues appropriately to leadership.
Process Improvement - Continually improve delivery processes by defining success criteria, gathering signals from retrospectives, and implementing best practices to increase velocity.
Operational Excellence - Drive the development and prioritization of program milestones using data-driven insights and health metrics.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment on program goals and shared outcomes.
What You Will Bring As A Senior Project/Program Manager
Education - Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience- +7 years of relevant experience in Program Management or Project Management.
Domain Knowledge - Experience driving programs within CRM and Marketplace (B2B & B2C) environments.
Technical Skills- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs across complex systems.
Communication- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Strategic Thinking - Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Mindset - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action and measure program health.
Drive - A passion for "how" things are built and a commitment to operational rigor. You should be a "people-process-technology" enthusiast.
Agility: Willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve every problem, and maintain momentum despite ambiguity
Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
Excellent written and communication skills in English language
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
