Provides a positive first impression of theColumbus Civic Center to all guests. Provides superior customer service to internaland external clients. Accurately operates the TicketMaster ticketingsystem processing sales, refunds, and other ticketing concerns. Handles cash responsibly and accurately. Communicates positively, efficiently, and courteouslywith guests. Problem solves by assisting guests with needsrelated to seating, ticketing needs,  and ticketing accounts. Works cooperatively and jointly to providecontinuous improvement and excellent customer-driven service. Performs other related duties as assigned.
