Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Agentforce
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Agentforce agents within Salesforce.
Configure and manage Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and AI Agent Actions.
Build conversational flows leveraging LLMs, natural language processing, and AI prompts.
Integrate Agentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external APIs.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, LWC components, and Flow automations.
Create and optimize data models and knowledge bases for AI responses.
Ensure security, governance, and compliance of AI-driven interactions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI solutions.
Monitor agent performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
Mandatory skill sets:
3–8 years of experience in Salesforce development
Hands-on experience with:
Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Agentforce / Einstein Copilot / AI Cloud
Prompt engineering & AI model usage
Strong understanding of:
CRM processes (Sales, Service)
REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
Experience with Data Cloud / Knowledge / OmniStudio (preferred)
Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and automation frameworks
Preferred skill sets:
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
AI Specialist / AI Associate (Agentforce-related)
Experience with:
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Salesforce AI Cloud
Conversational design
Chatbot development
Years of experience required:
4 to 8 Years
