Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Manager – Welding, & Fabrication for the Infrastructure Solutions (IS) business is responsible for defining, standardizing, and deploying scalable manufacturing processes across global sites. This role owns process capability, equipment strategy, and manufacturing readiness for core fabrication disciplines, ensuring executable capacity, quality, safety, and cost targets are met across engineer-to-order (ETO) and NPDI environments.

This position partners closely with Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Plant Leadership to translate design intent and demand signals into repeatable, industrialized manufacturing solutions.
