
Field Quality Assurance Specialist (Operations)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Field Quality Assurance Specialist who brings strong multi-site operations experience and a passion for building consistent, high-quality customer experiences. In this role, you will travel to facilities across North America (up to 75% / approximately three weeks per month) to complete operational and brand standards audits, coach site teams, and translate findings into clear, actionable improvement plans. You will also partner with field leadership and key stakeholders (Operations, Training, and Marketing) to strengthen execution, reduce risk, and help deliver the Mini Mall Experience consistently across our portfolio.
