Job Description: Organize and set up development plan for GA owner Planning with team for buildup number of new GA office growth in each year
Set up plan to train tools and operation process for GA office can work business under AXA policy
Plan to support and follow up with potential can be open new GA
Set up plan to go visit GA office by quarterly for inspect quality, operation process and follow up
Inspect GA office make sure can maintain quality of operation process
Build up relationship with GA office and GA owner partner
Control quality of sales by market conduct and AXA policy
Communicate with agency office, agents, GA owner to understand company announcement with clear
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any fields At least 3 years of experience in sales management
