Who we are looking for: Our branch is partnered with a high-producing real estate office that generates a strong, consistent flow of buyer leads. Every one of those leads needs a fast, warm, human conversation — and we need someone who lives for that kind of work. This isn't a desk job buried in paperwork. This is a phone-forward, people-forward role for someone who can build instant rapport, earn trust quickly, and guide a potential homebuyer from “just looking” to “let's get pre-approved.” If you light up when you're connecting with people and you don't flinch at a full call sheet, keep reading. Mortgage experience is a plus but not required. We'll teach you the business. What we can't teach is the ability to make someone feel heard in the first 30 seconds of a phone call.
