ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently seeking a highly motivated Traveling Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. As an Assistant Superintendent ,you will lead site activities from start to finish. You will play a key role in executing interior buildouts, structural framing, finish carpentry, and specialty installations. You will be responsible for supervising self-perform crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and collaborating closely with project managers to deliver exceptional projects that reflect ARCO/Murray's commitment to excellence.

Typical base compensation for the Superintendent role is between $110,000 and $160,000. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks from start to completion
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation
- Regional travel to projects to be on-site as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and worker safety
- Identify and resolve construction-related problems efficiently
- Advanced proficiency in tool usage and safety practices
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role on-site for ground up or large scale renovation projects in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements & calculations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds & work in various weather conditions
- OSHA construction safety certification preferred
- Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints
- Excellent teamwork & communication skills.
