What you will do as an IT Support / Network Specialist...
Technical Problem Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to IT equipment and software applications
Multi-Channel Support: Respond to support requests via tickets, phone, and email in a timely and professional manner
Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Issue Tracking: Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely and lasting resolutions
Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with regional IT team members on infrastructure and support matters
Business Tool Support: Support and maintain business-critical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and VPN clients
What we are looking for…
IT Support Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Microsoft Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Communication Skills: Clear, user-friendly communication style for engaging with non-technical users
Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
Language: Fluent English – written and spoken
