Responsible for Dynamics 365 (CRM) configurations and customization for the Solution.
• Able to manage both on-shore, and off-shore resources that work may be delegated to.
• Responsible for estimating, designing, coding, testing, and delivering modifications.
• Must be able to lead code sourcing control tool setup and migration of code to multiple instances of Dynamics 365 (CRM).
• Responsible for providing functional solutions to business requirements in all Dynamics 365 (CRM) modules.
• Has to be able to provide detailed functional and technical solution documents to the client.
