Job Description

Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations, impacting the core of our business services. As a Technology Support III in Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, high availability and scalability of critical CIB Digital Enablement production applications, with a particular focus on robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will drive best practices, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion continuous improvement in production management processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
