To provide inputs to management so as to plan the entry of the product into the market as per the estimated customer requirements
1. Prepare business case for the 3rd product
2. Develop 3 yrs. product plan
3. Develop innovative solutions in retail finance - Implementing Operating Lease scheme
4. Preparation of PDB for Concrete Mixer with details of specs and features required
5. Develop a road map for implementing 3 years warranty- (Small team goal)
6. Meet timelines, cost and quality requirements of Project Hercules- (Big team goal)
Quality and detailing of customer requirement and insight- determines machineÂs ability to meet customer needs- impacts future machine sales and market share
Determining the features and specs of machine- impacts material cost
Start pilot for operating lease for construction equipments- 3 cases
