Remote/hybrid role, hours will very based on events needs some weekend may be required.

Pay Range

$33.05 - $49.60

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of special projects, including enterprise events, strategic initiatives, and internal campaigns. 

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status updates, and post-project evaluations to support continuous improvement. 

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality execution. 

  • Develop and implement communication plans that drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across project stakeholders. 

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery. 

  • Proactively resolve issues that may impact timeline, scope and quality. 

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Events & Special Projects team, ensuring readiness and responsiveness.  

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None Required

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Required:

Typically requires 2 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or administrative roles with exposure to cross-functional teams.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams). 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences. 

  • Familiarity with project management tools. 

  • Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Position may require travel and will be exposed to weather and road conditions. 

  • Operate all the equipment necessary to perform the job. 

  • Exposed to a normal office environment.
