Production Operator
Pay Rate: $23.43/hr to Start
Responsibilities
Operate production machinery
Work safely at all times and follow plant safety and food safety procedures
Conduct routine cleaning tasks to maintain production equipment and work areas
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Monitor product quality and conduct quality checks
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Education/Skills/Experience Required
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attendance and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours
Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $24.46/hr to Start
Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Load, unload, and transport finished goods and materials throughout the facility
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Conduct routine forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
Handle products carefully to prevent damage
Supply production lines with raw materials
Transfer finished product to storage areas
Conduct scheduled line sanitation
Assist production lines as needed
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Education/Skills/Experience Required
Previous forklift or heavy equipment experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support various tasks
Ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently
