PCI is seeking an experienced Receptionist for its PCI Seattle 552 administration operations based in Woodinville, WA. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
Answering incoming calls, greeting guests at the door, monitoring Voicemail
Branch support/back up on various administrative tasks
Electronically filing documents
Branch Maintenance (Permits, Licenses, Repairs, Printers)
Swag Manager
Mail/Shipments
Lunch orders, Office/Jobsite Supply Orders & Restock
Device Set Up/IT Service tickets
Pay range: $22 - $28/hour.
Basic Requirements
1 Years of experience
At least 2-year professional work experience in any field
Education requirement N/A
Work authorization: Authorized to work in the US.
Must possess advanced proficiency with Customer Service
Ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught
Strong customer service skills
Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Preferred Requirements
Industry/position knowledge
Experience with Excel preferred
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Working knowledge of cloud-based filing systems/Box
