Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the department Monitor and manage the daily production schedule to ensure on-time shipments Provide daily guidance and direction to the production personnel and maintain a positive environment Communicate clear expectations to production personnel Monitor attendance, punctuality and start/stop times during break Maintain safe and clean work environment and equipment Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order Ensure the department is continuously producing quality products Promote and enforce compliance to all company policies and procedures This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a supervisory role within our company.
