Sales Process Support
· Present SCIA Engineer, Allplan, and SDS2 to prospective customers through online meetings, in-person meetings, and seminars.
· Deliver prepared product presentations confidently and professionally.
· Gradually adapt existing presentations and create new presentations independently.
· Prepare tailored presentations according to the specific needs of each sales opportunity.
· Analyze customer requirements and provide consultation to support quotation preparation.
Technical Support for Customers and Projects
· Provide consultations and address specific technical customer requirements.
· Deliver training sessions online, at customer premises, or in the office.
· Create supporting materials for customers.
· Support implementation of company solutions in the customer environment.
· Assist with localization of new software versions.
· Support localization of the software user interface.
· Assist in the preparation of localized documentation.
· Test new software versions and correct localization issues.
· Prepare installation data for customers in the Czech and Slovak markets.
