NICE & Cognigy, global leaders in Conversational AI and Customer Experience, are hiring Engineering Graduates of 2026 for a Full-Time Solution Engineer Internship role. There is an opportunity for this to convert to a full time permanent position after the completion of the internship based on performance.
Skills Required
What we’re looking for:

- Strong programming fundamentals (Python preferred)
- Hands-on AI / LLM project experience
- Interest in Conversational AI, Voice AI, and AI Agents
- Familiarity with APIs, RAG, vector databases, or modern AI frameworks is a plus
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with:
- embeddings and semantic search
- vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index (or similar)
- Ability to explain your projects end-to-end (architecture, trade-offs, decisions)
- Curious, hands-on, and comfortable building in a fast-paced environment
This role is for candidates who have already built AI-powered applications, not just explored them
