Job Description
- Ensure the execution of HR Strategy work plans and policy development
- Align workforce planning with business goals for optimal staffing
- Oversee HR projects, policies, and compliance with regulations
- Develop HRIS, organizational structures, and competency models
- Manage HR communication, compensation, benefits, and budgeting
- Drive key talent development, performance management, and career growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 10 years in HR (preferably in financial services) or a minimum of 5 years at the managerial level
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of applicable labor regulations
