Import/Export Advisor
Global import-export in the world of ground-breaking technology is a complicated business. It takes real attention to detail to comply with all U.S. and regional import and export regulations. Our Import-Export team within Materials and Procurement provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes. We’re experts in what we do, from assessing global trade risk and providing mitigation strategies, to delivering strategic and tactical support in developing international supply chains, to implementing strategies to reduce import expenses and auditing all documentation.
What you’ll achieve:
As an Advisor, you will support documentation, maintain accurate records, and assist in training and shipment coordination. You will produce reports and communications that enable timely decisions. You will collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will:
- Process documentation with attention to detail (invoice, COO, packing list).
- Update trackers and knowledge articles; ensure audit-ready evidence.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and partner communications.
- Assist with training logistics and policy acknowledgments.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; strong attention to data integrity.
- Knowledge of import/export processes, SOPs, and service standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork across functions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business or related field.
- Experience with case documentation or knowledge management tools.
