As a Catacel Production Operator, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
The Production Operator is responsible for performing coating operations, assembly of product and providing associated support.
As a Catacel Production Operator, you will help drive our goals by:
- Efficiently perform production operations according to Work Instructions (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Perform in-process monitoring and recording of product quality
- Report up deviations in product from established standards
- Follow safe work and good housekeeping practices and report any unsafe conditions and incidents
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
Key skills that will help you succeed in the role:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience – Desired
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, are required
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) on a regular and consistent basis
