Manager, Distribution Strategies & Sales Enablement

The Manager, Distribution Operations & Sales Enablement may be located on site in Scottsdale, AZ, or across remote western US locations.    This role supports Vela’s distribution and broker engagement efforts through strong execution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination and partners closely with leadership to implement distribution strategies, support broker relationships, and drive sales enablement initiatives.
