The Family Resource Center (FRC) is launching a new service focused on strengthening connections between Family Childcare (FCC) providers, families and  the FRC.  The Family Coach will be a key member in building trusting, collaborative relationships with FCC providers, families and caregivers. In this role, you will build relationships with FCC providers and using a family centered coaching approach,  to help providers and parents identify strengths, priorities, and goals related to parenting, child development, and overall family well-being. The Family Coach supports family led goal setting and adapts services based on family needs.  The role serves as a connector linking families to the FRC and other Glide and external services. 

Must be willing and able to periodically work non-traditional hours (early evenings, holidays and weekends).

Work Environment
GLIDE’s buildings are located in the Tenderloin neighborhood.  GLIDE maintains an "open door" policy to the community and its clients, who frequently enter and leave the building.

This role is covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
