本プロジェクトでは、BI（ビジネスインテリジェンス）領域におけるソリューションの構築・運用を担当します。日本の顧客およびオフショア開発チームと連携しながら、BI環境の開発、保守、エンハンスメントを推進いただきます。将来的には、オフショアリソースの管理にも関与していただくことを想定しています。

In this project, this position will be responsible for the development and operation of solutions in the Business Intelligence (BI) domain. Working closely with clients in Japan and offshore development teams, you will drive the development, maintenance, and enhancement of BI environments. In the future, you are also expected to be involved in the management of offshore resources.

• BIソリューションおよびダッシュボードの設計・開発・機能強化・保守
• ビジネス要件の分析および技術的ソリューションへの落とし込み
• 各種BIツールを活用したレポート、ダッシュボード、データ可視化の実装
• 日本の顧客との連携による要件整理および技術的サポートの提供
• オフショア開発チームとの協働によるタスク管理・進捗支援
• 成果物の品質確保および納期遵守
• トラブルシューティング、パフォーマンス最適化、継続的な改善活動
• 技術文書の作成および日英でのプロジェクト状況共有

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain BI solutions and dashboards
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions using major BI tools
• Coordinate with Japanese customers to understand requirements and provide technical support
• Collaborate with offshore development teams and support task management activities
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of BI development and enhancement tasks
• Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement activities
• Prepare technical documents and communicate project status effectively in Japanese and English

■必須要件■ Must Have

• BI領域における開発・運用・保守・エンハンスメントの豊富な実務経験
• 以下いずれかのBIツールを用いた実務経験

1. Tableau
2. Microsoft Power BI
3. Amazon QuickSight
4. Dr.Sum

• ダッシュボード開発、データ可視化、レポート作成の経験。
• データベースおよびSQLに関する知識、ならびにデータ分析の基本的な理解
• 自律的に業務を推進できる能力きる。
• 多文化・多国籍なチームと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
• 顧客対応の実務経験

• Strong experience in BI development and enhancement projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following BI tools:

1. Tableau
2. Microsoft Power BI
3. Amazon QuickSight
4. Dr.Sum

• Experience in dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting
• Good understanding of databases, SQL, and data analysis concepts
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multicultural teams
• Experience in customer-facing communication

• Experience in retail business domain/system development
• Experience in offshore development coordination or bridge engineer activities
• Knowledge of cloud-based BI and analytics platforms
• Experience in requirement analysis and stakeholder management

• 日本語 – ネイティブレベルまたはJLPT N2 レベル以上
