Full-time Cinematographer and Editor
Job Description
Do you have a passion for producing engaging, creative, and high-quality video content? And are you ready to take on a senior role in a growing creative team? We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious cinematographer and editor to join Implement’s own film production company, CCOM Studios, and bring projects to life through engaging film.
What you’ll do
As a cinematographer and editor with us, you will work and take lead on client projects alongside our passionate filmmakers and management consultants in an organisation that values autonomy, nerdiness, and professional development.
Our projects come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from interviews with multi-camera setups, speak-to-camera productions, semi-documentary formats, portraits, motion graphics, podcasts, studio work, event launches, and much, much more. Most of our film projects are created for internal communication, and no two projects are the same. The same goes for your day-to-day tasks.
The role is weighted towards cinematography and editing; while still giving you influence across the entire production process, from early creative development to final delivery.
You can expect to:
- Lead and contribute to pre-production: help turn creative briefs into strong visual concepts, storyboards, production plans, shot lists, and time schedules.
- Take a leading role in film shoots: work hands-on with directing talent, camera work, audio equipment, and lighting to ensure a very high production value.
- Edit high-quality films: turn footage into sharp and engaging videos with a cohesive narrative, strong pacing, and polished visual expression.
- Ensure smooth delivery of projects: take responsibility for timelines, quality, and alignment with colleagues, consultants, and clients.
This is a full-time position, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative output and production quality of CCOM Studios. If you’re a creative professional who thrives in an ambitious environment and enjoys taking ownership from concept to final delivery, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What you’ll bring
To be a great fit for this role, you have solid professional experience within film production, ideally with a strong proven portfolio that shows both cinematography and editing across different formats.
You’ll likely bring most of the following (and be willing to learn the rest):
- You are comfortable making creative and technical decisions independently while also collaborating closely with consultants, clients, and creative colleagues.
- You can translate a brief into a clear visual direction and know how to shape a story that feels relevant, sharp, and human.
- You bring a strong aesthetic eye and are highly skilled with professional camera systems, lighting setups, and sound recording – and can adapt quickly to different shooting environments.
- You have advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro and a strong understanding of pacing, structure, colour, audio, and finishing. Experience with After Effects, DaVinci, or similar tools is a plus.
- You take pride in delivering high-quality work, and you have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset from first idea to final export.
- You’re structured and can juggle several projects at the same time without losing overview.
- You have a basic understanding of how GenAI can be applied in a video context.
Since our corporate language is English, you should be fluent in spoken and written English and be able to communicate ideas clearly with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
What we offer
At Implement, you’ll find few rules and guidelines, and that’s on purpose. We aim to create the perfect playground for talent to flourish, and our colleagues enjoy a great deal of autonomy to work in the way that best suits them, their teams, and their projects.
We believe that helping organisations become truly fit for humans and fit for the future calls for an uncompromising combination of deep functional and transformational expertise. It also calls for a certain mindset: that all change starts with people and that consulting is, in essence, about helping.
Since our inception 30 years ago, we have grown tremendously, and we count ourselves lucky to have worked with some of the largest and most influential companies across all industries.
