Job Description
What do we expect you to bring?
- Medical School graduate
- At least 3 years of experience in private hospitals or health insurance
- Proficient in Office programs and reporting applications
- Expertise in Private and Complementary Health Insurance practices
- Good command of English
- Adaptable to teamwork and project-based work
- Strong analytical mindset
How can you make an impact?
- Monitor pricing and practices related to the Turkish Medical Association (HUV) and Social Security Institution (SUT).
- Manage hospital communication, organization, team coordination, and case tracking in Chronic Disease Management processes.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical technologies, case management processes, and global developments in the medical field.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination in projects and operational processes carried out with private healthcare institutions.
- Follow developments in Artificial Intelligence and other technological advancements and ensure their integration into processes.
- Oversee health insurance processes in line with company strategies, focusing on customer satisfaction.
