Now Hiring: Labeling & Identification Mechanic (Level B)
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that keeps projects running smoothly? We’re looking for a Labeling & Identification Mechanic B to help ensure mechanical systems are clearly identified, organized, and project-ready.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping job sites efficient and compliant by:
Identifying and labeling mechanical equipment across job sites
Reading and working from pipe and duct system drawings
Preparing and processing labels to meet project specifications
Assisting with material take-offs for each job
Matching paint colors for equipment touch-ups and repairs
Helping keep projects on schedule and within budgeted hours
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What It Takes
This is a physically active, hands-on role. You’ll need to be comfortable:
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Lifting up to 50 lbs and handling tools/materials overhead
Climbing ladders and working at heights
Standing, bending, kneeling, and working in tight spaces
Using tools and measuring accurately (tape measure/ruler)
What We’re Looking For
Team player with a strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
Experience with piping or duct systems (preferred, not required)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites (overnight travel may be required)
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
