Senior Operations Business Analyst (2nd shift)

Your Opportunity, Your Team

As a Senior Operations Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decisions across our operations and supply chain functions. You will work on complex, enterprise-level challenges, applying advanced analytics, modeling, and business insights to improve forecasting, inventory management, and operational performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to define strategies, develop analytical tools, and deliver impactful insights that influence key business outcomes. You will also mentor other analysts and contribute to building a strong analytics capability within the organization.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite from 3 to 5 times per month in our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

• Develop advanced analytical models, including machine learning solutions, to optimize forecasting, inventory placement, and supply chain flows.

• Design and automate predictive and prescriptive reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decision-making.

• Analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business leaders.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

• Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business areas, integrating processes, technologies, and stakeholder needs.

• Support senior leadership by preparing executive-level presentations and facilitating business reviews.

• Mentor and coach junior analysts, sharing best practices and analytical expertise.

• Assess risks, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to work on 2nd shift: covering US working hours (start around 1 pm)

• Very good English language

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or supply chain analytics.

• Advanced skills in SQL and strong experience with data modeling.

• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations concepts.

• Experience building optimization models and solving complex business problems.

• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, BigQuery, SAS, or VBA.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on complex initiatives.

Nice to have:

• Experience with machine learning models in operations or supply chain.

• Experience working in large, global organizations.
