Outpatient Physical Therapy Bardstown
Full Time Certified Hand Therapist
Occupational therapists will evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians and are responsible for developing the plan of care for independence and safety with activities of daily living and functional mobility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains pertinent certification / licensure and annual competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines without expiration.
Participates in special functions as sponsored by Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation unless otherwise assigned.
Completes yearly competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines.
Maintains productivity levels within acceptable departmental standards.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association required
Certified Hand Therapist
Current state licensure required and must be renewed yearly
FIM certification maintained on regular basis
NBCOT certification is required
Two years previous experience preferred
