Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to maintain, support, and enhance our security applications across both corporate and retail environments. This role plays a critical part in identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening our security systems, solutions, and programs—ensuring robust protection for our operations and assets.
Monitor, maintain and optimise lsecurity applications to ensure high availability and performance.
Defining, planning, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading IT security measures, policies, and controls
investigate security alerts and provide incident response via the SIEM - Assists with investigations and coordinates the handling and resolution of security incidents
Responsible for keeping the company's security systems up to date and creating documentation and planning for all security-related information, including incident response.
Monitoring computer networks for security issues and security and privileged access
implement and manage Active Directory of user accounts, groups, management of MFA, and Privilege Access Management processes
Monitoring for abuse of permissions, software or internet usage by authorised system users
Assist with the creation, maintenance and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues
Perform day to day operations, management and administration to protect the organisations cyber information integrity, confidentiality and availability of information assets and technology infrastructures.
Prepare documentation (reports/standard operating procedures etc)
Provide end user technical support for cybersecurity related projects
Relevant diploma/Degree or Technical IT Support Courses: A+, N+, MCSE, Network Security, Cybersecurity SOC Analyst Certificate
Min 5 years experience in desktop or IT network administration
1 year experience in information security or related field
