Adaptive Program Supervisor

Join our camp team this summer! We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join as a supervisor of our adaptive summer camp. Our adaptive students are age 3 -adult and have a variety of cognitive and physical disabilities. The Adaptive Supervisor must be willing to work with a variety of abilities, ages, and support needs. We are looking for someone who is organized, safety-driven, and is motivated to create an inclusive atmosphere. You’ll help plan staff training, provide ongoing support and supervision to our campers and camp staff, and communicate with families and vendors. Our campers love to get out and swim, hike, get crafty, and enjoy being part of the Smuggs community. This is a full time, seasonal position.
