Senior Technical Project Manager

Lead large and small technical projects; continuously optimize technical support services to lines of business; improve quality, timeliness of cyber forensic products and services; and develop innovative solutions.   Projects are a definable portion of a large, sustained forensics technology development program. Directs and supervises support resources (direct hires and subcontractors) in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Manages the technical direction of projects from requirements gathering, analysis and verification through design, implementation, and testing to satisfy business performance objectives.
