Talent Acquisition Assistant Officer, Human Resources
Job Description
As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Assistant Officer will play a vital role in executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs
This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder collaboration
Beyond recruitment, the role encompasses responsibilities in reporting and analytics, vendor management, employer branding, HRIS administration, budget oversight, and supporting audit processes, ensuring a seamless and professional talent acquisition experience aligned with AXA’s corporate values and strategic objectives
Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle across various levels and departments, ensuring timely and quality placements within budget
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Develop proactive talent pipelines through industry mapping, direct sourcing, and innovative sourcing channels to attract high-caliber candidates
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends, and align recruitment strategies with workforce planning
Data & Reporting: Provide comprehensive recruitment analytics, reports, and insights to support strategic decision-making and refine sourcing strategies
Vendor & Relationship Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance AXA’s employer branding efforts and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
HRIS & Administrative Support: Oversee HR Information System (HRIS) data integrity, maintain accurate records, and support HR administrative tasks including invoice processing and budget tracking
Budget & Invoice Management: Assist in monitoring recruitment budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring financial compliance
Support HR & Audit Activities: Contribute to HR projects, participate in audits, and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
Additional Responsibilities: Support day-to-day administrative work, ad-hoc HR projects, , and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in in-house HR or search firms
Fresh graduates will be also considered
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and talent sourcing techniques
Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numbers
Proactive, independent, and capable of managing multiple priorities
