Supports adults (18 and older) in Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties that have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness, and require enhanced mental health services such as case management and psychiatry, and have received psychiatric inpatient treatment in state psychiatric hospitals or in the psychiatric units of general hospitals.
