Job Description

Octave is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive growth across the Public Sector in Canada. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role focused on both expanding existing accounts and winning new business with enterprise software solutions that help organizations manage critical assets, infrastructure, and operations.

We’re looking for a proven enterprise seller who can build trusted relationships, uncover expansion opportunities, and close complex, strategic deals. The ideal candidate will be located in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Public Sector accounts across Canada, driving both net-new revenue and expansion within existing customers
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Generate new pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and partner collaboration
  • Engage senior stakeholders and position Octave as a long-term strategic partner
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including RFP/RFI processes, pricing strategy, and negotiations
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI-driven value propositions
  • Partner cross-functionally with consulting, marketing, and customer teams to maximize account growth and customer success
  • Maintain strong pipeline coverage and consistently exceed quota
