You as a Software Engineer (Full-Stack) will:
Design and implement end‑to‑end features across frontend, backend, and data layers — from concept to production.
Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot in a cloud‑native, microservices architecture.
Develop and maintain production-grade user interfaces using React (JavaScript/TypeScript), integrating with RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with UX and product partners.
Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver incremental value in an Agile environment.
Contribute to defining standards, patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality, maintainability, and team velocity.
Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of our microservices codebase.
Support production issues and help ensure reliability and performance of the platform.
Continuously learn and adapt as the platform and technology stack evolves.
Is this the right role for you?
University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
4+ years of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
Expertise in web development including a high proficiency in React/Redux using JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, HTML5 and CSS.
Expertise in Java Spring Boot to create microservices.
Experience in working with Docker and on cloud-native solutions with a platform like Kubernetes clusters hosted on a public cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, Azure or AWS).
Development experience implementing RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of NoSQL or RDBMS Databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.).
Strong experience in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
Expertise using source code management tools and best practices (Git, Maven, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, and/or Elasticsearch, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
Exposure to Go (Golang) services or an interest in learning Go in a production environment.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000.
