Job Description

The enterprise ad sales team works with some of the largest organizations in the eCom industry. They are responsible for enabling advertising on the platform and connecting users with brands.

TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top global ecom brands across the globe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically guide the client relationship, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as the primary point of contact with customers' marketing teams.
  • Initiate joint business plans to maintain long term growth by understanding clients' business objectives, KPIs and challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation
  • Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising or online advertising, with a proven track record in driving incremental revenue in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and expert knowledge of digital media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying; experience determining and comparing the effectiveness of media plans against business objectives; and comprehension of media measurement across all channels including digital, TV, and OOH
  • Strong paid media decision-maker connections with key German eCommerce players
  • Experience working with eCommerce clients across start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise accounts
  • Strong analytical and consultative selling skills to help identify and measure customer objectives; full professional fluency in German and English (both verbal and written) to communicate with clients

  • Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
