Your Role

As a FP&A Analyst JAPAC, you will partner with stakeholders across ANZ, SEA, Japan and our Central team to deliver high-quality reporting, forecasting & commercial insight. 

You will help to build a scalable FP&A function by establishing financial rigour, automating manual work and introducing solutions that reduce time to insight and improve decision quality. 

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the JAPAC reporting rhythm, supporting forecasts, budgets, board packs and month-end performance reviews.

  • Serve as business partner to commercial leads, country managers, central finance & HR.

  • Bridge the gap between financial performance & operational data, using analysis to uncover key drivers and support better decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and processes across the region.

  • Support system implementation and optimisation, including increasing utilisation of Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Calculate and implement the bonus & commissions plan.

  • Process ANZ payroll, ensuring accuracy in payments and compliance with local regulations.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, and/or corporate finance.

  • A genuine appetite for process improvement and finding better ways of working.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and business acumen.

  • A growth mindset and ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing, regionally complex environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI tools in a finance or reporting workflow.

  • Experience working in media, adtech and/or a regional finance environment.

  • Exposure to business intelligence tools such as ThoughtSpot, Looker or Power BI.

  • Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning.
