You will oversee and develop a team of Client Success Managers focused on adoption, retention, and expansion within hospital and senior living environments. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, requiring close collaboration with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare stakeholders while ensuring strong execution of success plans and customer engagement strategies.
