Responsibilities:

(Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following):

• Lead a team of analysts who evaluate if mortgage loan documentation was accurate at the time of closing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including quality control, credit risk, operations, investors, and agencies.
• Ensure quality control reverification processes, procedures and capabilities meet requirements.
• Create monthly reporting detailing team productivity and results.
• Monitor team pipeline to ensure successful completion of loan reviews within required timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous team leadership experience
• 5 years of related business experience
• Detail-oriented team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
• Willingness to work extended hours, if needed (evenings and weekends)
• Must report in office

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of mortgage experience
• ACES knowledge strongly preferred
• Loan review experience (quality control, reverification, post-closing)

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$55,400.00 - $74,400.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
