• Economic and mathematical background to understand risk issues and complex transactions. • Regulatory and legal knowledge in respect of all the businesses of Natixis in Sweden and, to a lesser extent, in the Europe region • Financial Crime regulatory knowledge in respect of all the businesses of Natixis in Sweden and, to a lesser extent, in the Europe region • Detailed experience of the Swedeish financial services regulatory environment is essential, being able to demonstrate sound track record in compliance at the highest level. • Ability and experience to work with Regulators at senior level • Communicate effectively with all departments and business lines • Ability to manage, propose and approve detailed analysis. • Ability to explain and provide opinions on all topics in all committees and discussions • Good knowledge of European financial markets and complex financial instruments. • Ability to maintain and keep up to speed on new markets and products
