Materials Analyst

• Create schedules to include On Time to Customer Requirements, line requirements, Red Bin Parts and Past Due orders.
• Escalate / help to resolve supplier deliver issues to Plant. Monitoring inter-plant deliveries.
• Work with shop floor to execute to the planned schedule, managing Safety Stock requirements, adjusting accordingly with shipping plan and supplier Lead- time.
• Manage Inventory and reconciliation tied to Aged Work in Progress orders, Scrap orders, Basic Finish dates, and Lost parts
• Key player in site Annual Inventory.
• Contributes to SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations) process.
• Goods receiving and routing of parts.
• Monitor inter-plant deliveries and indirect plan materials.
• Prepare end unit shipments to customer.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.

• Requires a high school degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
