Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Lead Maintenance Technician is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment, including light HVAC preventive maintenance and basic plumbing tasks. This position serves as the primary on‑site resource for day‑to‑day maintenance needs and provides informal guidance and coordination for the local maintenance team to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with service expectations. The role requires strong versatility, performing a wide range of general facility tasks such as minor repairs, mounting items, room setups, equipment cleaning, and support of basic grounds work including seasonal snow and ice response.
