As part of the team, we are seeking a Contract Administrator / Procurement professional who will be responsible for providing commercial support to optimise the deal and ensure that all project cost control requirements are effectively met.
Contractual and financial arrangements are fundamental to the effective allocation and management of risk, ultimately driving commercial value. Over time, the contractual arrangements between contractor and client have become increasingly complex. This complexity has created a need to be ever more commercially astute in how projects are managed to ensure obligations are fulfilled and rights protected. Creating and managing these arrangements is the core function of the Commercial discipline.

Technical Construction Knowledge.
Measurement and Valuation Works.
Trade Scoping and Procurement.
Financial Control and Management.
Contract Interpretation and Management.
Commercial Risk Management.
Negotiation and Strategic Thinking.
Requirements:
Proven solid experience as a Contract Administrator in a similar role.
Previous experience working for a main contractor, builder, construction company or infrastructure contractor.
Experience in managing subcontractor procurement, tendering processes and contract administration.
Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial principles.
Knowledge of project cost control, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
Relevant qualification.
Spanish language skills is highly regarded (but not mandatory).
