Job Title ; Business Development Manager ( Pay with Transfer)
*Role Overview:
Business Development Manager will be responsible for Coordinating Business Developers to ensure smooth business operations and that they meet their set targets.
*Daily Target: 12 account activations per BD
*Salary Structure:**
For BDMs:
* Basic Salary: ₦100,000
* Transportation Allowance: ₦20,000
* Bonus: ₦100,000 (upon meeting team targets)
