Responsibilities Design test strategies, write and execute test cases, verify bug fixes and generate reports to ensure our e-commerce ecosystem is stable, secure, and intuitive for users. Improve system and tool quality and efficiency through tool platform development, automated testing, and performance testing. Review and analyze acceptance criteria, quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Communicate test status with design and development teams to ensure any feature defects are resolved before products and systems go live. Identify, document, and report software bugs and user experience issues, escalating critical issues appropriately. Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and developing test strategy, performing test planning, designing and executing end-to-end use cases, managing defects, and providing quality assurance status reports; Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create systematic and comprehensive test plans and test cases; Conducting defect tracking using Jira; Developing and improving automation testing frameworks using Python or Java; and Working on bug report, bug reproduction, bug tracking, issue analysis, and dashboard visualization.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 15%.
