Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Coordinate and manage marketing designs, requests and in-branch materials from start to finish, including copywriting, design collaboration, approvals, and final delivery
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, designers, compliance, and vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
- Proof and quality-check marketing materials across print, digital, email, and in-branch channels
- Track and manage projects using internal systems, ensuring all deadlines, approvals, and details are documented
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with maintaining and updating website content.
- Coordinate and schedule social media content, including employee features and campaign-related posts
- Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and sponsorships, including logistics, vendor coordination, and communications
- This position is based in a physical office and requires regular, dependable attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Familiarity with marketing principles, channels, and best practices (social, digital, email, and print).
- Experience with or working knowledge of design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred. Video skills a plus.
- General understanding of banking products, services, and operations is helpful, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), especially Excel, with the ability to manage data, manage trackers, and stay highly organized. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and keep projects moving forward.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and find solutions as needs change.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role preferred (internships and relevant coursework count!).
- Experience with or exposure to content creation, copywriting, or campaign coordination.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content planning.
- Experience with design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; experience using project or content management systems is a plus.
