About the Team & Business Line: 

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in excellent client service. 

As a valuable member of our Finance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role: 

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, applicable tax & other regulations for both the India entities (Pvt Ltd & LLP)

  • Prepare Annual financials & support statutory audits, tax audits

  • Manage month end and year end closing processes including Journal entries, accruals & provisions ensuring timely & accurate financial reporting

  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables as per SLA and on time book close, variance analysis, month end commentary, Cash flow forecast, etc

  • Support effective management of funds & treasury operations

  • Plan dividend payouts & profit repatriations

  • Review Balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with Standard accounting practices & Citco Policies

  • Ensure compliance with GST, Income tax & SEZ regulations

  • Support and complete internal/external audit requests with Deloitte

  • Build & maintain regular contact with local & onshore stakeholders across Citco offices

  • Maintain & generate standard monthly dashboards around KPI’s

About You:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant

  • Preferred Diploma in IFRS or working knowledge of IFRS.

  • 12-14 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably from an MNC, captive shared service center, Multi location organization

  • 2-3 Years’ experience of leading a small team of finance professionals

  • Strong knowledge of Indian AS, tax laws and regulatory compliance

  • Knowledge of SEZ regulations & compliance is desired

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of organization

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex accounting processes

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be preferable.
