Redwood Strategy Group (RSG) is seeking motivated and adaptable professionals to join our ERP Help Desk support team across multiple experience levels, including Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Analysts.
These roles provide functional and technical support to enterprise resource planning (ERP) system users within a fast-paced operational and Department of Defense (DoD) financial management environment. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to support a broad range of financial and system-related processes.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting DoD financial management operations, ERP systems, accounting functions, or help desk environments and be comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I–III support for ERP Help Desk tickets related to financial and technical system issues
- Research, analyze, and resolve issues involving contracts, invoices, obligations, payments, and accounting transactions
- Support reconciliation activities and assist in resolving financial discrepancies and unmatched transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve system and financial issues
- Assist with posting obligations, correcting accounting transactions, and supporting audit readiness initiatives
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process documentation
- Support and deliver user training for internal personnel and supported organizations
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and track resolution through completion
- Maintain excellent customer service while supporting a high-volume help desk environment
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiencies
