The role of the Trainer I, Critical - Lifting Equipment is to develop and provide a high-quality learning/coaching facilitation approach helping every learner/employee, to provide their best thinking and practice, encouraging full participation, promoting mutual understanding and cultivating shared responsibility toward effective development of their skills and knowledge.

Required skills:
You have a good facilitation, coaching and assessing skills;
You have a good facilitation, coaching and assessing skills;
- You have a good level of office computing tools;
- You have good communications skills in English and French;
- You are able to write report in English and French;
- You have a relevant experience in industrial field;
- Holder of an Engineering degree or Certified CAPEN or Certified mobile equipment and/or rigging.
